Reason Code Search

Reason comments associated with competitor business can be setup in the Competitor Reasons table.

Two lines are provided to select the reason comments and in the Competitor Information window of Customer Contact Information.
On the Reasons fields in the Competitor Information window, comments can be appended on the end of existing comments by clicking at the end of a comment on a Reason line and then clicking the search button to select an additional comment description.

These reason comments are information only and are not used in reporting.

Search Results:
The resulting list of all reasons is displayed.

The list can be resorted by clicking on the column heading in ascending or descending order.

To select a reason from the list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
