Transport Supplier feature - Contract Delivery
& Pickup Information -> Print and/or Email Delivery
Ticket
This window is triggered after the address information has been
accepted in the Contract Delivery & Pickup
Information pop-up, on creation of a Delivery Ticket from the
Delivery Console when the Transport
Supplier feature is activated in the Division Delivery/Pickup Parameters.
The Contract and Ticket number are displayed for reference.
The prompts include:

- DELIVERY WEIGHT
- The total weight for the product load on this ticket is based
on the weights assigned in the product file, but this can be
over-typed as required.
This weight prints on the text notice that can be emailed to the
Transport Supplier.
DEADLINE DATE
- Enter a due date for this delivery to print on the text notice
that can be emailed to the Transport Supplier.
This is a mandatory field.
DEADLINE TIME
- Enter a due time for this delivery to print on the text notice
that can be emailed to the Transport Supplier.
This is a mandatory field.
PRINT DELIVERY TICKET
- Check this box to print the Delivery Ticket document.
Uncheck this box to skip printing the Delivery Ticket. It can
always be printed later using Print Delivery
Ticket.
EMAIL TRANSPORT NOTICE
- Check this box to send a text email notice to the Transport
Supplier setup in Division Delivery/Pickup
Parameters with the details of this ticket.
Uncheck this box if the external transport contractor should not
receive an email notice about this ticket.
Note: If the option to Use Contact Document Emailing is
activated in the Company Email Configuration
the notice is sent to the Transport Supplier as well as eligible
Contacts and tickets will reflect the new 'To' address information
captured in this window.
Finished?
- Click OK to accept and exit.
The ticket will be printed and the notice will be emailed if
requested.
