This forms table can be used to setup and define the Jasper PDF label forms for Customer and Product labels including the Texada standard forms and any custom label forms.
Jasper PDF label printing can be activated in the Barcode
Parameters settings of the Company Inventory
Parameters by unchecking the Use Zebra Barcode Printers
flag.
The Jasper option does not need to be selected for document
printing in the Company Customer Forms,
however Jasper reports must be installed to print Jasper PDF
labels.
The prompts include:
Click the Gear icon to view the fields available to be
printed on the customer barcode labels including the customer
number and name.
These are pushed to the label in xml code as data tags 1 and
2.
Product Barcode Labels, which are printed from the Product Barcode Labels.
Product Barcodes Labels can also be generated from Warehouse Receiving and/or Close Pickup Ticket if configure to print in the
Barcode Parameters settings of the Company Inventory Parameters.
Click the Gear icon to view the fields available to be printed on the product barcode labels including the product description number, list price, first barcode number, and rental/sale type, which are pushed to the label in xml code tags 1 through 5.
If there are multiple active forms the Select Form To Print window is triggered when labels are printed for the operator to select the appropriate form.
The option is provided to include the Vendor's Part Number on the barcode.
Custom Label Form
When creating a custom label, the label form (xxxxxxxx.jasper)
needs to be saved on the server in the scsbin/jasper/reports or
/usr/local/tsi/jasperreport directory as defined in the Jasper
Appearance and Formatting window of Company Customer Forms.
Uncheck this box if this form does not use a print starting point, such as the DYMO continuous roll.
