Zone Search

A listing of zones can be maintained by division with the associated Cities and Postal/ZIP codes in the Zones table.
Zones are used in the Job Site Service Report.

Leave the Zone field blank and click the SEARCH button to view all zones, or to narrow down the search enter the first few characters of the zone name to return only zones beginning with this sequence.

Search Results:
The resulting list of Zones with description and Division, reflects only zones filtered by the division selection from the report, and can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required

The Zone selection is restricted by Division according to the Divisional Restricted Views assigned to the operator.

To select a Zone from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
