To use the 'Job Site Service Schedule' the Contract requires a
Service Interval to be assigned on the document that
defaults from the Customer Site
Information.
Service due is then reported on the Job Site
Service Report and the service transactions completed can be
entered using any of the following methods:
This history screens tracks all service transactions logged for
a Contract by date, and with the driver and any comment from an
import or manual record.
Records may not necessarily display in date sequence if
transactions were entered or modified out of date order.
Service transactions can be modified in this history log, and
additional transactions can be added.
Service transactions cannot be deleted from the log.
Note: If multiple service records were imported with different dates for different products on the same contract, each service transaction is written to this history, but only the last date is recognized as the Date Last Serviced for the contract which is the used for all product for scheduling the next service date.
