Inspection Form Search

This search window can be used to search for and select an existing Inspection Form.

Initially all Inspection Forms are listed but to narrow the search, enter any series of letters from the Inspection Form description in the Search for Keyword field.

Search Results:
The resulting list includes the Inspection Form ID and the description defined in Inspection Forms.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
To select a form from the list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
