This search window can be used to select a Contract for the
Rental Return by the Texada Web -
Pickup Ticket sorted by the Ticket Status of Open, Driver
Completed or Closed.
A Rental Return can be initiated for the
associated Contract directly from the selected Pickup record.
The prompts are:
Note: Tickets can show up on multiple Status lists when products
on the same ticket have different Statuses.
Selecting an item/ticket record from one Status list will bring up
the entire Contract for Rental
Return.
Search Results:
The resulting list includes a record for each product on a Pickup
Ticket with the selected Status and Division.
The record list includes the contract number, customer name, Pickup
Ticket number, Actual date/time, Close date/time, product number,
and location.
The record list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking on the column heading.
To select a record from the list, double-click on the
appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the
SELECT button.
The associated Contract for that item/ticket record will be
reflected in Rental Return.
The Delivery / Pickup Driver Status window
is triggered when relevant for information purposes and can be
printed if required.
A warning is triggered to alert the operator if the driver has not
completed the ticket but the return is still allowed.
Confirmation is required to manually complete the return.
