Confirmation Screen to Proceed

This pop-up dialogue box is generated to explain the next process to the operator, and to give the operator the option to proceed or to cancel this action.
Click the YES button to proceed, or click the NO button to skip or abort the action.

Some of the situations include:

• Accept posting journal output and continue with posting process to G/L and sub ledgers?
• Print the document, with or without dollar values?
• Print the document using Forms including Crystal or Jasper depending on company configuration?
• Continue from header to details on a document or utility?
• Assign optional off rental reasons to a contract or reservation?
• Resort product details on a finished document?
• Generate an equipment Delivery ticket from a contract?
• Continue with another action, after warning that any partially entered data that has not been completed and accepted may be lost?
• Continue with a copy or update process, after warning that any existing records will be replace and over-written with the new records?
• Recommend to recalculate a running total that may be out of balance.
