Customer follow up reminders can be automatically emailed to the
Salesman or to the Division contact or to both, as determined in
the Follow Up window in Customer
Contact Information, if CMFE02 is setup to run daily from
Automatic Job Scheduling.
Customer follow up information can also be used to build and filter
selection lists using the By Follow Up tab on the Selection Criteria utility, for reporting
purposes.
An operator must be assigned a Security
Role that allows permission to the Customer Management -
Follow Up Auto Email in order to access this table.

If no email address is setup, then the company email address as listed in the Company Miscellaneous Parameters is notified.
