System Assigned Follow Up


System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Customer Management Tab -> Customer Contact -> System Assigned Follow Up

This utility can be used to add a Follow Up comment and date as of a future date, to each customer that has been assigned a specified Profile Class/Code.
An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Customer Management - System Assigned Follow Up in order to access this table.

The comment will be automatically added to the Follow-Up window for all customers in the Profile Class/Code, if CMSF10 is setup to run daily from Automatic Job Scheduling.

The comments are flagged to automatically generate an email message to the Division contact on the appointed follow up date, if the cronjob CMFE02 is setup to run daily from Automatic Job Scheduling.
Customer follow up information can also be used to build and filter selection lists using the By Follow Up tab on the Selection Criteria utility, for reporting purposes.

The prompts are:

PROFILE CLASS
Enter the class or select one from the Profile Classes Search window.
CODE
A list of the profile codes linked to this class display with their descriptions.

AUTO FOLLOW UP
To activate the copy process, window on the Auto Follow Up field for the appropriate Code record.
The fields in the Follow Up Comments window are:
SEQ
Accept the sequence number assigned.

FOLLOW UP COMMENT
Enter the Follow Up comment that is to be copied to each customer with this Profile Class and Code.

FOLLOW UP DATE
Enter the date on which this Follow Up comment should be copied to the Follow-Up windows for those customers in Customer Contact Information.
