The Application Log enables the operator to view errors and activity tracked for programs such as the XML parser, or the Descartes interface.
The entire transaction log for the current week can be viewed,
or restrict the log display by selecting a date/time range, or
filter the output using the Search For characters in the
message.
The log information displays the date and time, the message which
includes the transaction number and status, and the TTY number.
Refer to Company Daily Close Parameters for the directory and parser setup used by the XML Export process with the option to email the resulting XML files to the operator currently signed in.
The prompts are:
Click YES to delete the records from the log.
Click NO to leave the records intact in the log.
