Accounts Receivable Menu -> Customer Site Information -> Site Job Locations -> Instructions window ->

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Operations Tab -> General Settings -> Global Job Location -> Instructions window ->

Multiple lines of instructions related to each Event Location can be created to apply to each Site Job Location and each the Global Job Location.
