The Job Location Search window can be set to display only event locations for the document site or to also display locations for Global Sites, as follows:
Search Results:
The list of location records can be resorted by any column in
ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column
heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as
required.
Locations that have specific instructions are identified by a
check mark in the Instructions column.
To view these instructions, highlight the location record and click
on the INSTRUCTIONS button at the bottom of the
dialogue box, to view the Job Location
Instructions.
To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.
