Asset Tag Search

The product number, description, and average cost are displayed, with a list of the Fixed Asset Tags that have been assigned to this rental product.

Search Results:
The tag information includes, Tag#, division, date acquired, original quantity, any quantity sold or transferred, current quantity on this tag, original cost, and the tag status.

The list can be resorted by any column in ascending or descending order, by clicking in the column heading. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as required.

To view a Tag in LOOKUP mode, highlight a tag number record and click the DETAILS button to view complete tag information for this product detail as outlined in Asset Tag Detail.

To select a value from the displayed list to modify or update it, double-click on the appropriate record or highlight the record and click the SELECT button to access it in the Asset Tag Detail screen.
