Subscribed Reports


Portal Management -> Customer Access -> Portal Customers -> Subscribed Reports

System Maintenance Menu -> Configure System Settings -> Automatic Job Scheduling -> Function TXER01 -> emails Subscribed Reports


Automated reporting selections can be setup for specific customers that use the Portal to send the report output directly to the customer's email address as defined in Customer Information.
These reports can be generated at a specified number of days before the month end.

Note: To activate this feature the cronjob TXER01 must be setup in Automatic Job Scheduling to run daily.

The prompts are:

SEQ
The sequence number tracks the number and order of the records in this file.

REPORT
Select from the available reports in the drop-down list.

DESCRIPTION
The report description displays.

EMAILED
The software automatically updates this field with the date that the report was last generated and emailed to this customer.

In the event that a report needs to be re-run within the current month, this date can be removed or back dated.
The frequency that the software will check this date field for last run date and when next due to be run, is controlled by the cronjob that must be setup in Automatic Job Scheduling to run the program TXER01 daily.


DAYS
Enter the number of days before month end, on which this report should be generated by the automatic scheduler and emailed to the customer.
This day count may be changed at any time in order to re-trigger a report.

Note: Only Portal licensed companies may subscribe to these auto-generated reports for their own firms, and so reports are not auto-generated for Child accounts unless the Child company is registered with Portal in Portal Customers.
