Any scheduled maintenance required for the product is displayed as setup in Maintenance Schedule.
The fields for each scheduled maintenance record include:
This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 2 Actual Days Between Service and 3 Actual Date.
It is relevant only to scheduling maintenance for Type 1 Rental Days Between Service.
This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 4 Meter Units Between Service and 5 Actual Meter Reading.
This is relevant when determining maintenance scheduling for Types 1 Rental Days Between Service and 2 Actual Days Between Service.
This count is only used to schedule when service is next due according to maintenance Type 4 # Meter Units Between Service.
This count is only used to track when service is next due according to maintenance Type 4 # Meter Units Between Service.
The details window for maintenance Type 5 Actual Meter Reading, can be used to view the schedule of future meter readings when service is due with service descriptions.
The maintenance list can be resorted by any column in ascending
or descending order, by clicking in the column heading.
Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reposition them as
required.
To select a value from the displayed list, double-click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the SELECT button.

When this search window is used to select multiple maintenance
records to be complete on a Work Order, select each maintenance
record individually adding it to the list displayed in the Maintenance Schedule window.
