Copy Check List
System Maintenance Menu -> Configure
System Settings -> Operations Tab -> Inventory
-> Product Check Lists ->
COPY button -> Copy Check List
This utility can be used to copy a Check List that has already
been setup to another Check List code, or to create a new Check
List, that can then be modified if required.
It can be accessed in the Product Check
Lists window in the "Inventory" parameters on the
Operations tab of the Configure System
Settings, by clicking on the COPY button.
The prompts are:

- FROM CHECK LIST
- Enter the existing source Check List code or selected it from
the Product Check List Search
window.
TO CHECK LIST
- Enter a new code that has not yet been used, or accept
Auto-Assign to create a new Check List for the next
available code, or select an existing Check List code from the
window.
If an existing Check List code is entered, this will over-write any
existing details in the To Check List with the source Check
List information.
DESCRIPTION
- The original Check List description will be display.
This can be over-typed as necessary to reflect the new Check
List.
Finished?
- Click ACCEPT to create the new Check List or CANCEL to
abort.
Update New Check List
- Once the new Check List has been created or it can be further
customized in Product Check Lists.
